Davidson Development Partners will host a meeting on Monday, March 27 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Davidson Town Hall board room to hear from citizens on their Luminous proposal. All are welcome to attend to provide input.

Notifications about this RFP process went out on August 26 to request proposals from experienced developers to design and build a mixed-use neighborhood. Letters of interest are due September 23 and final proposals are due January 18 (moved from December 2).
