Public input session schedule for 6/18/2018 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Davidson Town Hall (216 South Main St). 

A Public Information Session regarding the development of Davidson Springs Phases 3 and 4, adjacent to Walnut Street and James Alexander Way, was held at the Davidson Town Hall on Monday, April 9 from 5 to 7 pm in the Board Room. Site Info

Proposing to develop +/-4.56 acres of currently vacant land in to seven single-family detached lots and eight townhome lots. The townhome lots are proposed to be in two units of 4 each.

James Alexander Way (existing) will be extended in a southerly direction past parcel 00705114 (Lassiter property), at which point it will turn in an easterly direction and intersect with Walnut Street (existing).

Greenway construction will be included as part of this project.
