The Hoke development project, a collaboration between Alliance Group of NC, LLC, the Davidson Community Foundation, the Davidson Housing Coalition, and the Town of Davidson will be located at 347 Jetton Street. Consisting of 81 units, townhomes will have approximately 2,000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2-car garages, and eight (8) affordable housing units will be dispersed throughout the project. Units are slated to be available in the spring of 2022 with a two year build out window.
