Expectation for the Code Enforcement Process

Tenant:   Coordinate with Code Enforcement officer and property manager to allow access for initial inspection, maintenance/violations repairs, and final inspections via schedule.

Property Manager: Coordinate with Code Enforcement officer and tenant to gain access for initial inspection, maintenance/violations repairs, and final inspections via schedule.  Coordinate with tenant to make repairs as needed.   Coordinate with the code inspector of when repairs are completed and need reinspection.  

Code Inspector: Coordinate with the tenant and property manager to allow access for initial inspection, maintenance/violations repairs, and final inspections via schedule. Produce a letter Notice of Violation letter to the tenant and property manager if violations are found.  Coordinate with the property manager of when repairs are completed and need reinspection.   If violations are found, produce a letter to the tenant and property manager/owners once violations are corrected.

Under Guest Tab

Click: View Permit

Under View Permits

Click: By Address

Under Search by Address

Click the Search by Parcel Number Box

Type in the parcel number

Click Search button

Select GO tab for desire address

Under Request for Service

Select GO under Inspection   Results tab

Under Inspection Requests

Select GO next to Inspect Complaint

View results

Note:  Please know results cannot be viewed if no violations are found once the inspection is completed. If violations are found, a copy will be given to the tenant and the property owners/managers.
