Get a permit approved from the Planning Department?: Permit applications are available at the Town Hall or online. If the permit is downloaded from the website, please make sure you submit three copies of it. Town planners will review the permit application for compliance with the Town of Davidson Planning Ordinance. Upon approval and payment of the fee, the applicant may pick up the permit application and take it to Mecklenburg County Land Use and Environmental Services Agency.

Simply go to our Document Center (a link to the center is at the end of this paragraph), click on the "Planning" folder, then click on "Planning Ordinance" folder, and then click on "Proposed Amendments." Since 2002, the Town of Davidson contracts with Mecklenburg County to collect property taxes. To pay property and vehicle taxes you must visit or contact the Mecklenburg County Tax Office at:
