Downtown Small Area Plan

The Town of Davidson community provided valuable feedback throughout the 2020 Comprehensive Planning process that helped to identify nine downtown area priorities and challenges related to: community + character, mobility, public spaces, and sustainability.

Tapping into the collective creativity of the community with a series of ideation sessions and design opportunities will make sure Davidson remains an ideal place to live, work, and play.

View the nine problem statements below, and see what the community had to say about solutions!
