Downtown Small Area Plan

It's time to...Design Downtown Davidson!

The Town of Davidson community provided valuable feedback throughout our 2020 Comprehensive Planning process that helped us identify nine downtown area priorities and challenges that we want to solve related to: community + character, mobility, public spaces, and sustainability.

We want to tap into the collective creativity of our community in a series of ideation sessions and design opportunities so together we can make sure Davidson remains an ideal place to live, work, and play.

Below are the nine problem statements we will be solving — everyone has talent to bring to the table and no experience is required to participate in the design sessions. Come as you are — just be ready to dream big about the future of downtown Davidson!
