New Town Hall


The Town of Davidson purchased the property at 251 South Street from CMS on December 13, 2018. In November 2019, voters in the Town of Davidson approved issuance of $14 million in General Obligation bonds to fund the renovation. The building consists of three stories and includes 32,245 total square feet.

Today, all town offices, with the exception of Police, Fire and Public Works, are under one roof at 251 South Street.

Community Center space available for the public to reserve and use includes 4 community rooms, including the preserved classroom, a large open space on the lower level, and an auditorium.
