Clark Row - Conditional Map Amendment

Project Status

This project is tracking towards a conditional map amendment. A formal application has not yet been submitted. 

A Community Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2023, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. on the lower level of the Davidson Town Hall & Community Center, 251 South Main Street, Davidson, North Carolina 28036. The purpose of the meeting is to review the development proposal and solicit feedback. Identical overview presentations by the project team will occur at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., with time allotted for questions and viewing the plans in an open house format after each event.
