The brownstones at Harbour Place are located in a unique urban setting close to exit 30 with easy access to I-77, Harbour Place Park, and a variety of retail shops and offices. The residential component of Harbour Place is comprised of 29 brownstones which front Harbour Place Drive. Four of the brownstones are available to income qualified households.
