ARTISAN APPLICATION

IMPORTANT (Please read):
There are only a limited number of Artisan spaces available. In order to ensure your eligibility for consideration please return the completed form with full payment as soon as possible. Acceptance is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the Event Planning Committee. Any applications received after the October 1 deadline ill not be considered, no exceptions.
Christmas in Davidson offers a limited number of Artisan spaces. All Artisan applications are reviewed by a selection committee and accepted applications will be notified by October 16. All accepted Artisans will be required to provide their own white tent along with their own tables & chairs. All tents “must” be white, no exceptions, and meet all local fire code restrictions. If you do not have a white tent, we will be happy to provide you with a rental source to contact direct. Electricity is NOT provided. However, for an additional fee (see below) electricity can be provided. Placement in any location is not guaranteed to any Artisan and is at the sole discretion of the event producers. Approved Artisan spaces are limited to one (1) per approved/accepted applicant.
Electricity "must" be ordered and paid for at the time of application. No requests for electricity after application has been submitted will be accepted. All applications will need to be accompanied by 2-3 photos of your products and set up as well as payment in full. In the event your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days after notification.
