8. IMPORTANT: In order for your performance to be considered and included in the printed schedule of activities, please complete this form and return by October 1. Anything received after the deadline will not be considered for participation. Accepted & declined applicants will be notified by October 25.

10. In order to be considered for a performance at Christmas in Davidson, you will need to submit a completed application that contains a detailed description of your performance. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified by email if your application has been accepted. All performances “must” be holiday related in some form and are “nonpaying” performances.
