2. A TASTE OF DAVIDSON FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDOR APPLICATION

   Date: Saturday, October 22, 2022

   Location: Jetton Street (road closed between Davidson Chocolate Company and Sabor)

   Time: 5:00-10:00 p.m. (set-up begins at 3:00 p.m.)

   Opening music from 5:00-6:30p.m. followed by the Carolina Soul Band from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

   A Taste of Davidson is an annual culinary event that celebrates our town’s food and beverage establishments through a lively evening of music, small plate tastings, and assorted beverage tastings.

4. THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF VENDOR SPACES AVAILABLE

   Vendors must be located within the Town of Davidson. 

   The Town of Davidson will provide the following:

   • One (1) 10 x 10 tent with concrete weights assembled in your vendor spot
   • One (1) 8’ x 30” rectangular table
   • One (1) 12” x 10’ rectangular banner with vendor’s name
   • String lighting across the street\

   Vendors are responsible for the following:

   • Provide food and/or beverage items to be sold. We suggest small plate items so that people can try different things. Suggested pricing between $1-$10.
   • Serving containers and utensils
   • Takeaway containers and paper goods
   • Tablecloths, decorations, etc. for your booth if you desire
   • Vendors’ are responsible for collecting payment for their items. 
   • Generator if you need power for food. Electricity is not provided by the event.
   • Battery operated light for your tent to see at nighttime.
